2. PREPARE and SUBMIT YOUR TEXT--Have the desired text for your plaque ready since you'll be given the choice on the form below of either submitting the text for the plaque here or faxing or e-mailing it separately afterwards (the fax number and e-mail address are provided).

4. PAYMENT--After receiving and reviewing your bronze plaque order, we will contact you for your credit card payment information and to answer any questions before our design team starts creating the layout. Note: We don't offer a shopping cart with an automatic online payment feature since we want to make sure the text and/or artwork submitted will attractively fit in the plaque size being ordered before charging your credit card.

 

5. APPROVE PLAQUE LAYOUT--Once we receive your payment details, our goal is to have a design of your bronze plaque layout faxed or e-mailed to you (Mon.-Fri.) within hours, not days. You'll be given the chance to make any changes (we'll send you a revised proof if there are) or approve the plaque "as is" before we begin production in the foundry.

 

6. WAIT FOR DELIVERY--Upon approval of the proof, casting of a bronze plaque is normally completed within 20-25 business days. Another week is required for shipping. This is an approximate (not guaranteed) time frame and shouldn't be strictly relied upon, particularly if planning an unveiling or dedication ceremony.

 Plaque Mounting Instructions:

Due to the rising cost of precious metals and thefts of bronze items throughout North America, we recommend that all plaques be "conceal mounted" on concrete, brick or stone to deter easy removal which can be a problem with other methods such as when screws are drilled through the front of the plaque to be mounted against wood. CERAMIC PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS--If a photo is desired, there are two options for sending it to us:

 

a). Send a quality copy of the in-focus original to us at the address below via a trackable method (UPS or FedEx Ground; originals will be returned), or

 

b). The preferred option is to have the photo scanned at 300dpi (dots per inch) resolution at the ideal size of 4 1/4" W x 6" H by someone who understands the proper way to scan photos and e-mail it to us at: Info@BronzeMarkersAndPlaques.com
